А мы вообще про совмещение (супергеройское, конечно) – ремесленного, ролевого, позиционного, этического, личностного всякого =) Ты видел лекцию левенчука про инженерию требований как социотехническую дисциплину? Там как раз про умения всякие (что ты называешь ремесленными навыками, наверное)

I feed mine later than usual if I'm not home at the normal time.

I've tried feeding them earlier, but got some carpet stains as my reward, so now I don't feed them till I know someone will be home for the rest of the evening!

J Am Chem Soc. 2010 Jan 13; 132(1): 168-77 Rodríguez E, Nilges M, Weissleder R, Chen JW Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is increasingly being recognized as an important factor in many inflammatory diseases, particularly cardiovascular and neurological diseases. MPO-specific imaging agents would thus be highly useful to diagnose early disease, monitor disease progression, and quantify treatment effects. This study reports in vitro and in vivo characterizations of the mechanism of interaction between MPO and paramagnetic enzyme substrates based on physical and biological measurements. We show that these agents are activated through a radical mechanism, which can combine to form oligomers and, in the presence of tyrosine-containing peptide, bind to proteins. We further identified two new imaging agents, which represent the near extremes in either oligomerization (mono-5HT-DTPA-Gd) or protein-binding in their activation mechanism (bis-o-dianisidine-DTPA-Gd). my cats have their own toy box they have a mooch through it find something to play and play. I havn't quite trained them to put them away when they have finished. they also play with the tubes from toilet rolls gloves tops of bottles. anything.I have 5 furry weirdos and I love it.
